Don’t let the term confuse you… Let’s break it down…

There are so many ways to incorporate Aromatherapy into your daily routine. There is a misconception that aromatherapy is a ‘process’. It can be when talking about the Rain Drop technique through Young Living  but really it’s all about using and incorporating them into your life however you want.

One of the ways aromatherapy can be added to you day are by applying the oils either directly or through a carrying oil such as massage oils, coconut oil (my favorite) and even a light olive oil will do. The reason you use a carrying oil is some skin can get irritated when applying the oils directly onto the skin, this can happen especially if you are sensitive to begin with, not used to oils in your day to day or when your body starts to show signs of detoxing.

Another way to incorporate aromatherapy into your home is through a diffuser. Most diffusers are water based, add water and a few drops of oil and you’re set!
